Beyşehir OIZ

Established according to the Law No. 4562 on Organized Industrial Zones, Beyşehir Organized Industrial Zone was registered as a legal entity with the registration number 58 with the approval of the Establishment Protocol dated 23.01.2001 by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. Beyşehir Organized Industrial Zone is located at the 13th kilometer of Beyşehir - Seydişehir State Highway within the borders of Bayavşar Town. Our region is 90 km. away from Konya and 180 km. away from Antalya port and strategically located close to important road crossing points. Beyşehir Organized Industrial Zone is located within the projected area of 100 hectares. There are 54 industrial parcels in our region; In the zoning plan, sports area, social facility, apprenticeship training center area, religious facility area, administrative facility area, health facility, technical service, treatment facility area are also reserved. The total size of 54 industrial parcels in our region is 615.945 m2. In the infrastructure of Beyşehir Organized Industrial Zone, sewage, drinking water and stormwater have been completed. Acceptance of the electricity network has been made and put into operation. In the Zoning Plan made in our region, the Treatment Plant area has been allocated and a treatment plant will be established in the future.

According to the Provisional Article 9 of the Organized Industrial Zones Law No. 4562, which was enacted on 29.03.2011 and Law No. 6215, our Zone has become eligible for partially free parcel allocation. With the decision taken by our Enterprising Committee, 90% discounted parcel allocations continue for real or legal persons who undertake to provide employment for at least 10 people. After the companies that start production at the end of 3 years employ at least 10 people for 3 months, their title deeds will be given to them in line with their requests.
